Local delivery is free. We confirm the delivery address and arrange a delivery time after payment verification and order acceptance. No fixed delivery deadline is promised. Contact support to confirm whether your address can be served.
To cancel before delivery, contact support with your order number. Paid orders cancelled before delivery are refunded manually. For missing, incorrect, or damaged items, contact us with the order and lot numbers and relevant photos so we can review a replacement or refund. Contact support for an update on a pending refund.
We use the name, contact details, address, and requested items you submit to review and manage your request. Card details are not collected on this site. Read the privacy notice for details and contact betavial.lab@gmail.com to ask about or request deletion of your submission.
